Support Provider (Direct Support Professional)

Minimum Employment Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Social Security Card
  • Valid Drivers License and Proof of Liability Insurance on your Vehicle
  • Due to State regulations, Community Supports, Inc. is required to obtain a criminal background check. Based on the results of the background check, you may be ineligible for employment.
